In october 2019 our organic Hereford beef has been calculated to be the first CO2-free beef in Finland! We compensate the whole emission from the beef production through binding carbon in the Finnish forest.
Our cattle is bred organic, they eat organic hay from our own fields and they live free all year round. Also in the wintertime they are allowed to walk free outside. They take care of the environment by grazing seaside grassland, which also maintain the diversity of the flora and fauna. The calves are grown with their mothers for six months which means that the milk is consumed only by the calf.
We deliver organic beef boxes from Helsinki to Raasepori:
- 5 kg: 95 € (3 kg minced meat, 1 kg steak cubes, 1 kg steak)
- 10 kg: 195 € (6 kg minced meat, 2 kg steak cubes, 1 kg tenderloin/roast beef, 1 kg sirloin steak/entrecote)
- 20 kg: 360 € (12 kg inced meat, 4 kg steak cubes, 2 kg steak, 1 kg tenderloin/roast beef, 1 kg sirloin steak/entrecote)
